What happens if the event is cancelled due to government?
If the event is cancelled due to a government intervention, we will refund 100% of the deposit already paid.
Photo Booth service locations?
Our service is available throughout the Sydney region and beyond.
Are prints in colour or black and white?
You can decide. The photo booth can be set to colour or black and white with one touch.
What supplies are provided?
We will bring props to the event such as hats, wigs, glasses, signs etc.
Can the rental period be extended at the event?
Yes, just let us know how much you would like to extend your Photo Booth service. The extra rental time is payable at a 30 minute rate. See pricing.
Can I get an album or guestbook for the photo shoot?
Of course! Photo albums are very popular at weddings, but they are also popular at other events. You can see the photo album selection here.
Is there staff to operate the Photo Booth?
Yes, three is always a staff member to deliver the necessary equipment, set up the backdrop, prepare and assist with accessories, and arranging guests for photo shoots. We will be on site one hour before the rental time starts to make sure everything is working perfectly.
If multiple guests use the Photo Booth at the same time, can everyone get a copy of the finished photo?
Yes. Once the photograph is taken, the photo booth creates a collage that can be printed in multiple copies.
How many people can fit into a photo?
Up to 8-10 people can fit in one photo.
How many photographs can typically be taken by the photo booth in an hour?
About 60-70 photos/hr.
Is it necessary to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to ensure the booth is available on the day of your choice. We will issue an invoice for the photo booth service. Once paid your booking will be secured.
Can printed collages be branded with a logo?
Yes, the collages are fully customisable! If you have your own idea for the design, or have a logo, image, background or anything you would like to put on the collage, just send it to us by email and we will design it. This will make the photo booth even more unique. Please note customisation is an extra charge. See here.
Can you print a custom printed background?
If you would like a custom printed background, we can arrange to print a 230 x 230cm backdrop based on graphics you have sent us. The price of this service can be seen in the pricing menu here. This service requires two months lead time.
Do we have to decide in advance which print size we want?
Yes, the print size must be determined in advance.
What does the client need to supply?
Approximately 3 x 3 meter space, 240V socket (maximum 10 meters away from photo booth location), wireless internet (if sending emails).
Can the photo booth be setup outdoors?
Yes, but not if any rain/storm/wind is predicted, or if its excessively hot e.g. heat wave.
How long will the online photo gallery be available after the event?
Photos are stored on our website password protected for 10 days before being removed and deleted.
